We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality staff education and training. The Staff Education and Training Coordinator role involves designing and implementing effective training programs, collecting and analyzing data, producing reports, and managing diaries and minutes.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and be highly motivated and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional results.
Our organization provides services and support to people with disabilities, primarily those with intellectual disabilities and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder, and their families and supporters in the greater Dublin area. We employ over 500 staff across a range of roles and grades.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A pass in at least five subjects from the approved list of subjects in the Department of Education Leaving Certificate Examination, or completed a relevant examination at a comparable standard, or hold a comparable and relevant third-level qualification of at least level 6 on the National Qualifications Framework maintained by Qualifications and Quality Ireland (QQI).
* Previous experience in administration or healthcare/medical administration.
