In this role, you will:
1. Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, complying with regulations and company policies.
2. Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and coach other pharmacy staff if certified.
3. Deliver excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.
4. Support pharmacy operations including data entry, prescription filling, inventory management, and supporting clinical services.
5. Maintain compliance with all policies, ensure proper documentation, and support team tasks.
6. Maintain professional development through certification and training.
