Logistics Coordinator Role

The role of Logistics Coordinator is a key position within our Order Fulfillment team in the EMEA region. As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of shipments from our warehouses to customers around the world.

* Create and follow up on deliveries/shipments from all order types, including intercompany stock transfer and samples when required, up to customs clearance as appropriate.
* Develop label and packing instructions for the warehouse based on agreed specials from inventory.
* Organize specific transport for products return, between customers for non-divisional products, for semi-finish products or raw materials.
* Liaise with cross-functional groups to ensure orders ship in a timely manner to meet customer promised delivery dates.
* Manage customer logistics requirements and follow up with required actions for response to resolve issues, providing excellent service levels to customers (internal and external).
* Facilitate rush orders preparation.

Requirements:

* Certificate or training in Logistics & Supply Chain.
* 2 years' experience in Logistics and Supply Chain related work.
* Computer skills covering MS Office, SAP experience preferred.
* Fluent English speaking and written communication skills.
