Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Coffee Sector Location: Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Salary: DOE Start Date: ASAP / NegotiableJob Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in the premium coffee and beverages industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts across Ireland.
You will represent a respected coffee brand and work with a variety of clients — cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retail outlets — promoting coffee products, equipment, and services.Key Responsibilities:Identify and target potential customers in the food service, hospitality, and retail sectors.Conduct on-site visits to build relationships, understand client needs, and present tailored coffee solutions.Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (units and revenue).
