They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role will play a key part in supporting leaders and employees across the business, ensuring delivery of effective people strategies aligned with organisational objectives.Role OverviewThe HR Business Partner will work closely with senior leaders and line managers, providing expert advice and hands-on support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. This is a high-impact role suited to a confident HR professional who can operate both strategically and operationally within a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders and managers to support and deliver the people strategy in line with business objectivesAct as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence managementSupport talent management initiatives including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and retentionCoach and support managers to build strong leadership capability and promote a high-performance cultureLead and support learning and development initiatives, identifying capability gaps and development opportunitiesSupport organisational change initiatives, including restructures and business transformation projectsProvide guidance on reward, compensation, and benefits processesEnsure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and remain compliant with employment legislationAnalyse HR metrics and trends, providing insights and recommendations to leadershipSkills, Experience & QualificationsMinimum 5 years' experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist roleStrong experience managing complex employee relations issuesProven ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsSolid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practiceExperience operating in a fast-paced, commercially driven environmentCIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirableStrong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skillsKey AttributesProactive and solutions-focusedCommercially minded with strong business acumenConfident, resilient, and comfortable working autonomouslyHigh levels of integrity and confidentialityAdaptable and comfortable working in a changing environmentWhat's on Offer12-month maternity cover contractCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in a business-critical role
