Procurement Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels for MRO items, including spare parts, consumables, and critical components.
* Issue materials, process returns, and update records in the CMMS/ERP system.
* Forecast usage and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.
* Organize storage facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant storage and labelling.
* Obtain supplier quotations, raise purchase requests/orders, and track delivery status.
* Follow up on delays, shortages, or quality issues with suppliers.
* Collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure availability of parts for work orders, PMs, and planned shutdowns.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain coordination roles.
* Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments.
* Degree qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
