We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead to join our residential services. You will be involved in enabling the people we support to live full, meaningful lives within their community. Supporting people to develop valued social roles and helping them achieve their good life, while encouraging the maintenance and development of relationships with family and friends. Working hours will be variable, including day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Support the Residential Manager/Person In Charge with all aspects of the effective running of the residential/designated centre.
* As House Lead, submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Residential Manager.
* Complete and maintain the roster, premiums, and all administrative records as required for approval by the Residential Manager; allocate staff leave.
* Coordinate compliance practices in the home, including checks and audits.
* Support HIQA notification requirements.
* Carry out the role of Safeguarding Designated Officer (DO) — attend DO training, achieve DO certification, and be a member of the DO team, providing DO support to the organization.
* Have experience in Safeguarding Policies & Procedures.
* Manage finances & oversee the adults' finances.
* Have the ability to manage, motivate, and supervise staff.
* Cooperate fully with the introduction and implementation of performance management.
* Facilitate and implement a person-centered approach tailored to individuals' wishes.
* Promote and protect the rights of individuals, respecting their dignity, choices, and privacy.
* Possess a managerial approach in leading, directing, and motivating staff.
* Have knowledge & experience of HIQA regulations, standards & inspections.
* Experience dealing with behaviors that challenge.
* Exhibit excellent organization and communication skills.
* Utilize creative problem-solving techniques.
* Show enthusiasm, energy, and creativity.
* Handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly.
* Be flexible to work a variety of rostered shifts over a seven-day period.
* Drive the company vehicle.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Hold a Degree in Social Care or a foreign equivalent (validated by QQI) or current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Ireland: RNID, RPN, RGN.
* Minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Certificate in Management is desirable.
* Full clean driving license and willingness to drive company vehicles.
* Valid work authorization for Ireland.
* Proficient in both oral and written English.
