A skilled Desktop Support Technician is sought to provide technical expertise and exceptional communication skills for the maintenance of seamless ICT operations on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st & 2nd level support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.
* Assist in Desktop OS and application rollouts, including testing and documentation.
Essential Qualifications:
* Industry certifications and relevant experience are mandatory.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11) and MAC OS.
* Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
