Responsibilities: Support the preparation of bid documents, tenders, and client submissions Maintain and update the bid library and supporting materials Coordinate inputs from various departments to ensure deadlines are met Proofread, format, and polish bid content to ensure high standards Learn how to interpret client requirements and help deliver compliant responses Assist with admin tasks across the wider project management team Experience: A recent graduate (any discipline Business, Marketing, English, Construction, etc.)
