About this role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Global Strategic Remediation Oversight and Governance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual contributor to play a key role in managing and executing Northern Trust's remediation quality control/validation testing program.
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders. You will also establish and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, accurately design and execute the quality control/validation approach, and ensure that quality control/validation documentation is clear, concise, and supports the reviews performed.
The successful candidate will have several years of experience in financial services, with 5+ years of testing experience in a financial institution or similar consultancy experience in the financial services industry. They will possess superior analytical and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prove flexibility to change plans at short notice. Additionally, they will be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms, with all levels of staff and management.
