IT Technician / Support Specialist
to join our remote team and provide top-notch technical support to employees and clients worldwide.
What You'll Do:
* Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
* Install, configure, and maintain devices, applications, and IT systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently
* Assist with user account management and access control
* Monitor system performance and report potential issues
* Document technical incidents, solutions, and processes accurately
* Collaborate with IT team members to support projects and system upgrades
* Ensure IT security best practices and compliance are followed
What We're Looking For:
* 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical services
* Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals
* Experience with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, or ITSM platforms
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting
* IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified are a plus
* Customer-focused and proactive attitude
