Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and closing new sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
You will serve as a strategic member of the sales team, leveraging your expertise to identify and convert transactional and high-value deals. Your product knowledge and technical expertise will enable you to utilize a consultative approach to diagnose unique needs, position differentiated benefits, and close business.
* Diligent follow-up on all assigned leads.
* Marshal internal resources as needed to navigate the sale cycle.
* Conduct business-oriented discussions with customers to understand their needs.
* Sell & articulate the value of how our software will benefit their business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years of successful inside sales experience leading product demos.
* Technical knowledge and/or experience in security software sales.
* Technical understanding of technology.
* Personable phone etiquette, high energy, and enthusiasm.
* Experience building relationships at all levels of an organization over the phone.
* A track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a telephone environment.
