CareerWise Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our client based in Mallow. The successful candidate will have a broad range of skills and expertise in employee resourcing, performance management, HR governance, HR systems, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Act as the primary HR point of contact for designated stakeholders within the division, ensuring that appropriate people strategies and initiatives are implemented and maintained.
* Design and deliver performance management systems to drive continuous employee development and growth.
* Ensure strict compliance with HR policies, procedures, and governance standards at all times.
* Maintain and optimize HR systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.
* Lead and support HR projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within a similar industry or sector.
* Relevant 3rd level qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations, including equality and diversity best practices.
* Proficient in using HR systems and software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
