Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our team of attraction operators, technicians, and customer service staff within our Family Entertainment Center (FEC). This role involves planning, organizing, and implementing strategies to enhance park operations while ensuring safety, fun, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to safety, and a passion for excellent customer service.
Accountabilities
* Supervise a team of 15-50+ employees, ensuring smooth daily operations and high customer service standards.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance metrics daily.
* Conduct regular checks on attractions to ensure safety and efficiency.
* Train and communicate with Shift Leads and Front Desk Leads to align goals and strategies.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* Organize daily operations to optimize productivity and efficiency across attractions.
* Implement strategies to improve team performance, safety, and customer service.
* Foster teamwork and open communication to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
* Ensure all operations comply with safety standards.
* Oversee scheduling, inventory control, and supply management.
* Handle special projects, holiday operations, and emergencies as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
* Must be at least 21 years old.
* High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may be considered.
* At least one year of management or supervisory experience.
* Experience in Restaurant/Food & Beverage management is required.
* Availability to work weekends and holidays, up to 45 hours per week.
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 39 lbs.
* Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the U.S.
