Seasonal Christmas Sales Assistant – FunTech Athlone
FunTech Athlone is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Assistants to join our busy electronics and phone accessories store for the Christmas period.
We're looking for friendly, reliable team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
Offer knowledgeable advice on electronics, mobile phones, and accessories.
Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash and card payments.
Maintain attractive product displays and keep the store clean and organized.
Restock shelves and help manage store inventory.
Handle customer questions and issues professionally.
Support the team in meeting daily and weekly sales goals.
Requirements:
Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
Interest or basic knowledge of electronics and mobile accessories.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work well in a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings over the festive season.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 8 weeks
Pay: €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 33 per week
