Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP EWM Consultant with 10+ years of hands‑on SAP EWM experience to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of enterprise‑scale warehouse management solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who combines deep functional expertise with solution ownership, stakeholder leadership, and strategic decision‑making across complex SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as senior functional lead for SAP EWM across large transformation programs.
Own end‑to‑end delivery of SAP EWM solutions, including business blueprinting, solution architecture, functional design, system configuration, integration design with dependent SAP modules, cutover strategy and go‑live execution.
Design and implement advanced EWM capabilities such as inbound/outbound logistics optimization, inventory and stock management strategies, warehouse structure, layout and resource management, advanced picking, packing, staging and labor management scenarios.
Lead executive‑ and senior stakeholder workshops, translating complex logistics needs into robust SAP solutions.
Serve as subject‑matter expert for SAP EWM on S/4HANA (embedded and/or decentralized), EWM integration with SAP TM, MM, PP, QM, SD and other supply chain components.
Oversee testing strategies (SIT, UAT), ensuring business readiness and solution quality.
Drive post‑go‑live stabilization and continuous improvement, including performance tuning and process optimization.
Coach and mentor mid‑level and junior SAP consultants to build capability and delivery excellence.
Support presales or solution design activities where required.
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years of SAP EWM experience with deep functional expertise.
Proven delivery of multiple (3+) full‑life‑cycle SAP EWM implementations.
Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end warehouse and logistics business processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex workshops and design decisions with senior business stakeholders.
Strong integration knowledge with SAP TMS, SAP MMS, SAP QMS, SAP PP.
Excellent communication skills, able to operate at both technical and executive levels.
Comfortable working autonomously in remote or hybrid consulting models.
Eligibility Requirement
Full Irish or EU nationality/citizenship required. Must have full, unrestricted right to work in Ireland. Visa sponsorship not available for this role.
Desirable (Nice to Have)
SAP certifications in SAP EWM or S/4HANA Supply Chain.
Experience leading WM to EWM migration.
