Project Manager Role
Our business is seeking a Project Manager to lead a high-profile commercial development in Dublin City. This individual will oversee all phases of the project from pre-construction through to handover.
The successful candidate will have experience managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. They will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain smooth workflow and communication.
The key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. The candidate will also monitor quality standards and ensure work is completed to specification.
They will prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. The role involves managing procurement and contract administration, as well as leading project meetings to resolve issues and identify risks proactively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management roles, ideally within the commercial sector.
* Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale commercial projects on time and within budget.
* Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject).
