Senior Electrical Quantity Surveyor
The role is focused on delivering outstanding results in the pharma/biopharma and Life Sciences sector, with key responsibilities including ownership of Mechanical & Electrical packages. The surveyor will interface with clients, vendors, and other disciplines to drive successful project outcomes.
* Pre-Contract Phase: Capital cost estimates, lifecycle cost estimates, tendering procedures, contract arrangements are critical components of this role.
* Tendering Phase: Tender evaluation criteria, PQQ questionnaires, commercial evaluation of tender submissions require close attention to detail.
* Post Contract Phase: Valuing progress on site, interim certificates, price variation, contractors' correspondence, claims, expediting insurances and bonds are all essential tasks.
To excel in this position, a Quantity Surveying Degree and Chartered (or near Chartership) status with SCSI, coupled with a minimum 8+ year experience in a consultant environment, are highly desirable requirements.
