We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in windows and doors for a client based in Dublin.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of various projects related to the production and installation of windows and doors.
You will work closely with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your expertise in coordinating resources, managing risks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders will be crucial in driving project success.
You will be expected to develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress against these plans, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects involving windows and doors from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the windows and doors industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes related to windows and doors.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
