Role in Strategic Projects

This programme focuses on building leadership skills and involves an internal secondment as well as an international assignment. During your two years on the Programme you will have real responsibility and will play a key role in strategic projects and initiatives. You will work with and learn from great people and develop your expertise in automation and continuous improvement.

You will be involved in engineering support for Cost Improvement projects involving facilities automation equipment optimisation and sustainability. To succeed in this role you will need:

* A minimum 2.1 Level 8 Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical Automation Computer Science or equivalent.
* Knowledge of structured problem solving tools an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Ability to work well within a team and on own initiatives.
