What You Bring
* 2+ years of recruitment experience with strong, stable performance
* Permanent recruitment experience is essential
* IT recruitment is ideal, but experience in finance, engineering, life sciences, pharma, science, or aviation is highly valued
* Proven strength in engaging passive candidates and managing senior-level roles
* A track record of consistent billing and achieving targets
* Ability to be on-site Monday–Friday in Dublin City Centre
