We are currently seeking to recruit an Electrical Surveyor to join our client on a life science project in Kerry. Our client are looking for an Electrical Surveyor with at least three to four year's experience in E&I, Building Control Systems. This is a Intermediate position will be working side by side with the Project Commercial Manager / Clients team.

Responsibilities
8. Competency in E&I systems remeasure activities.
9. Evaluating and agreeing project scope variations with both contractor & client
10. Compiling & agreeing final accounts with both contractor & client
11. Reporting into the Project Commercial Manager Monthly
Requirements
12. Experience as a Electrical Surveyor in build projects on large Pharmaceutical projects or semi conductor
13. A relevant 3rd level qualification
14. Building Services (Technical or Commercial) background favourable but not essential
15. Capabilities around Microsoft Excel, Word
16. Good communication skills
