Location
This role is based out of our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin. We’re thrilled about this move, which reflects our growth and commitment to providing a vibrant, inspiring space for celebration, collaboration, and unearthing the extraordinary.

What You'll Do:
As our new IT Business Analyst, Rest of World (RoW), you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the business needs and technical execution for Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain initiatives in an Agile Product based organizational structure. You will play a critical role in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, driving vision, and ensuring the delivery of valuable solutions that align with business objectives.
Additional key responsibilities include :
Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Product Owners (TPOs), Portfolio Technical Product Owners (PTPOs), and Technical Leads to shape and deliver a clear, inspiring product vision for the Rest of World (RoW) technical roadmap.
Engage with a wide range of stakeholders—including Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, customers, and end-users—to gather insights and translate needs into well-defined, valuable support solutions.
Prioritize thoughtfully, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact to ensure the most meaningful work is delivered first.
Champion the customer and business perspective, partnering with development teams to consistently deliver high-quality, timely solutions that meet real-world needs.
Own and evolve the product backlog, aligning with a shared product vision and agile best practices to create clarity, reduce friction, and drive outcomes.
Lead with a problem-solving mindset, navigating escalations, supporting application builds, and continuously improving processes—including leading one-off automation initiatives that create lasting efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* 3+ years' experience as a business analyst or in related roles.
* ERP experience is a must, with systems such as QAD, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or similar.
* Experience with JIRA and Confluence would be advantageous.
* FMCG or CPG industry experience is preferred.
