We require this person to manage and optimise our Client Support and Project delivery bringing together the efficient delivery of service while driving innovations and value add for our customer.About the RoleExperience Required: Min 10 years’ experience within the life Science sector in Manufacturing Execution Systems and Process Control and Automation. Experience in both Technical and Management is desirable.ResponsibilitiesWork as part of the Managed Service Team with overall responsibility for delivery of MS KPIs and small projects delivery including Day support, On-Call Support, System Administration and Control Systems Validation activities.Responsible for Resource management and acquisition of MS Team and Professional Placements across the site.Working closely with Engineering manager and our Sales team, to develop and grow our Site Services offering.Financial and Performance Responsibility and Reporting both internally and to externally to our client.Main Point of contact for multiple customers on site.QualificationsScience or Engineering Degree qualification.
