Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Financial management and control of current contracts
* Purchasing and negotiating Sub Contract orders
* Paying and monitoring Subcontractor progress
* Improving financial return of current contracts
* Delegation and mentoring junior staff
* Monitoring progress of purchasing of Sub Contract orders
* Maximising monthly cash flows, contract value and profit
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* Demonstrated a successful track record of projects completed to date
* Numerate, organised, analytical and good leadership skills
* Ability to lead effectively, set standards, communicate well and promote the company
