About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in a prestigious hospitality venue in Naas, Co. Kildare. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in delivering consistently high food standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations ensuring quality and efficiency
* To ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard
* To assist with menu development and implementation
* To maintain strict adherence to HACCP and food safety regulations
Requirements
Must Requirements to Be Considered :
1. Must have experience in hospitality industry including roles such as chef de partie, senior cook or sous chef or related area under supervision direction cooking preparation that include managing supervising motivating teams providing guidance on best practices.
