Job Overview:

The role of a Mechanical Design Engineer is to collaborate with the Equipment Engineering department in designing, manufacturing, documenting, and continuously improving equipment and tooling for medical device production.

* Duties include creating designs that meet manufacturing, safety, CE, and performance requirements.
* Investigate new technologies, generate concepts, and participate in Proof-of-Concept projects for automation and Digital Factory initiatives.
* Provide technical leadership on equipment-related product and process issues.


Required Skills:

* A solid understanding of mechanical design principles and practices.
* Proficiency in CAD software and experience with 3D modeling.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
