About Your New Job As Technical Service Coordinator, your job will be to ensure maintenance work, both preventative and reactive, is conducted based on work orders to meet company SLAs. Ensure effective system operation related to electrical and control systems on client sites. Monitor and respond to BMS alarms, and ensure any emergency breakdowns are addressed. See that routine electrical maintenance tasks are carried out on a range of utilities and facilities equipment, including testing, surveying, checks and repairs. Ensure documentation of work activities using CMMS and paper based systems. Maintain a high level of customer service standards on customer sites. What Skills You Need For this Technical Service Coordinator job you will have several years electrical experience in a facilities/utilities setting.
