Hours: Monday-Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm
A leading professional body is seeking a Facilities Services Coordinator for their busy Facilities Services team in Dublin 7.
This is a dynamic, hands-on opportunity offering fantastic variety across facilities coordination, operations, events support, maintenance, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a high-profile professional environment, delivering an exceptional experience to members, tenants, and staff.
This role is ideal for someone proactive, organised, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment, with previous experience working within facilities management or property services.
Responsibilities
Managing the facilities helpdesk and coordinating maintenance requests across the estate
Monitoring service performance and improving operational efficiency and response times
Coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and supporting building systems administration (BMS, CAFM, access control)
Conducting building inspections and supporting energy, environmental, and health & safety compliance
Coordinating meeting rooms, event spaces, and onsite operational support with staff and contractors
Assisting with light maintenance, facilities troubleshooting, and project coordination
Managing workspace, locker, and car park allocations, alongside facilities reporting and documentation
Qualifications
2+ years’ experience within facilities, estates, property, or helpdesk coordination
Experience managing facilities-related queries within a professional environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Experience using FM systems, helpdesk software, or CAFM platforms
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience preparing reports and analysing service data
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Experience supporting facilities or operational projects
Knowledge of access control systems or BMS platforms
Experience using Snapfix or similar helpdesk software
Trade, DIY, carpentry, or plumbing knowledge
