You can discuss this further with your recruiter upon application.About the role: This graduate role is part of our entry-level programme supporting the development of Building Services Engineers through a two-year Graduate Development Programme.ResponsibilitiesLiaise with suppliers/specialist contractors for procurement of goods and servicesGeneration of RFIs, technical submittals, equipment registers and trackersAssist construction team (Supervisor, subcontractor foreman, QAQC personnel)Liaise with JEG design team, design consultants and construction management teamPrepare handover packs with QA DeptTrack progress of construction programme / issue weekly progress reportsAttend weekly construction / design / permit meetingsReport to Project Manager on project progressGeneral admin, document control and site proceduresRequirementsMinimum qualification: level 7/8/9 degree in Building Services, Building Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringInterest in Building Management Systems controls preferableWork experience in Building Services is advantageous but not essentialValid Safepass / Manual handling certificates required for successful applicants0-1 years’ experience post qualification desirableKnowledge of a contracting environment would be advantageousAbility to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional teamExcellent IT SkillsExcellent communication and organisation skillsGraduate Development ProgrammeAs part of our commitment to your growth and career development, you will be enrolled in our comprehensive 2-year Graduate Development Programme.
