Software Engineering Manager -
Job Description:
Our client in the fintech technology sector is seeking a skilled Software Development Manager to lead a dynamic development team and drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
This is a permanent role based in the Dublin City Centre.
The role is 4 days on site and 1 day from home.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.
Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals and requirements.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and version control.
Monitor and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.

Experience Required:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology.
