Description
A vacancy has arisen for an Accounts Payable Administratorwithin the Enva Group based at Portlaoise. The successful candidate will be an individual who possesses a positive “can do” attitude, is flexible and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurate and efficient processing of a large volume of supplier invoices in line with group policies and procedures
* Ensuring correct invoice/PO matching
* Dealing with supplier queries in a timely manner
* Assisting with the monthly payment runs & posting payments to the purchase ledger
* Sending remittances to suppliers
* Ensuring correct documentation has been obtained for all new suppliers
* Reconciling supplier statements monthly
* Maintaining the accounts payable inbox, when required
* Submitting RCT notifications to Revenue
* Ad hoc Reception cover and other administrative duties as required.
* Ensuring all month end tasks are completed each month before closing.
* Assisting with the month end process eg. Performing reconciliations, posting journals
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Accounting Technician Qualification or a business-related qualification is desirable
* Microsoft Dynamics Nav or similar ERP experience an advantage
* Accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment is essential
* Excellent computer literacy with strong working knowledge/ experience in Excel essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent numeric and organisational skills
* Ability to meet strict deadlines in a timely and efficient manner
