An exciting opportunity with a global investor who have established a new Energy division in Ireland to finance and develop Energy and Transport related projects.
We have an immediate requirement for a Project Manager (Engineering or Contracts Management background) to work within this commercially focussed team.
This role will oversee investments across multiple technologies to carry out technical due diligence and ensure programme, cost and risk are properly managed by working closely with project partners, contractors and consultants.
The role will also involve: analysis to determine the commercial viability and risks associated with projects or assets to be acquired co-ordination of development teams to deliver projects efficiently, on time and within budget working with co-developers and partners to scope and procure project advisors and consultants proactively managing assets through the development/creation process identifying key risks to project delivery and programme work with project stakeholders to identify and select equipment/technology suppliers, EPC and O&M contractors for projects active management of commercial and public sector tender process commercial review and negotiation of contracts client interaction and management in line with contractual parameters Candidates will ideally come from a generic project management technical/engineering, building services or consultancy background and have with a keen interest in renewable energy and emerging technologies.
The role offers a unique opportunity to work within a small Dublin based team with the benefit of a global track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects.
The role is office based in Dublin and will require regular office attendance for an initial period.
