The Banking team in Cork is seeking a skilled and experienced compliance administrative assistant to provide top-level support. This full-time role requires at least two years of experience as an administrative assistant in banking and property.
* Provide general administrative support, including document management, preparation of documents, and typing.
* Assist with scheduling title documents, requisitions on title, drafting security items from the banking precedent database, and saving documents electronically.
* Manage client files, maintain diaries for solicitors and files, and perform other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide secretarial support to the team, including digital audio typing, document management, and preparation of legal documents.
* Client Files Management: Manage client files, maintain diaries for solicitors and files, and perform other duties as required.
* Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.
