Front of House Administrator- Dublin Purpose of Role: We're a friendly, passionate team and we're looking for a front-desk superstar to be the welcoming face of our team!

Job Title: Front of House Administrator - Dublin Contact for Informal Enquiries: ****** Location of Post: This post will be based in our office at Newlands Cross, Clondalkin, Dublin.
Reporting Relationship: The Front of House Administrator will report to the Head of Operations Salary: Scale €30,000 to €34,785.
New appointees to any role are expected to start at the entry point of the scale.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Probation : 6 months Annual Leave : 23 Days Hours of work: 40hrs over 5 days per week, Mon - Fri, 1 hour paid break daily Benefits: Competitive starting salary Annual pay increments Day shifts Mon - Fri only Paid Breaks Sunday overtime rate TOIL - Time Owed in Lieu Contributory Pension Scheme Death in Service Benefit Promotion and development opportunities Support for further education and training Access to Cycle to Work Scheme and tax-free bus/Luas/rail/coach tickets Access to Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) 24/7 access to professional counselling, medical, financial and legal advice Refer a friend bonus Discounted driving lessons Main Duties and Responsibilities Receptionist Front of house presence for the business Welcome staff and visitors in a warm, professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently Manage email correspondence and general enquiries Recruitment Recruitment Event planning and support Meeting and familiarizing self with the employee teams and roles Managing garda vetting process for existing employees and supporting for new hires Supporting set up for new staff files and ongoing maintenance of staff records Provide administrative support to the recruitment team throughout the recruitment process.
Administration Administrative Support for management Support events, and employee engagement initiatives Provide administrative support across departments Support general office operations to ensure smooth day to day workflow Eligibility Criteria At least one year's experience in a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
Strong administrative, receptionist, recruiter or business support experience.
Confidentiality Discretion - Handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Communication Excellence - Draft emails, reports, and presentations with accuracy and clarity.
IT Tech Proficiency - Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (an Excel test may be provided).
A strong understanding of GDPR legislation and privacy requirements.
The ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will also; Have excellent attention to detail and writing skills Be self-motivated, self-driven and comfortable working on own initiative Be a confident communicator and able to challenge information and display good judgement Be a team player, flexible with a "can-do" attitude to requests and tasks Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to facilitate work with a wide range of stakeholders Excellent spoken written communication skills Health: A candidate for and any person holding the office must be fully competent and capable of undertaking the duties attached to the office and be in a state of health such as would indicate a reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service.
