Day to Day Responsibilities Achieve sales budgets and weekly targets across all channels.
Manage and grow customer accounts while adding new ones.
Drive and execute customer promotions and warehouse stock pull-through.
Complete 6-7 store visits daily, building strong relationships with retailers.
Provide superior service, advising on competitive pricing and value.
Manage the sales pipeline and drive new business development.
Conduct research and use comparison reports to inform retail partners.
Follow a structured journey plan aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with buyers, reordering teams, and colleagues.
Track sales, margins, and business development for growth targets.
The ideal you Minimum 3 years previous Account Management in sales or Business Development experience A demonstrated high-level understanding of the FMCG business environment, preferably in the grocery sector.
Strong customer relationship management ability.
Proficient in securing back-office excellence in stores through demonstrating professional advice in all stores.
