Overview
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive / Social Media Manager to own and execute our company's content across social media platforms on behalf of our confidential client.
This role is best suited for someone who can plan, create, film, edit and publish content to drive demand, awareness and build our marketing profile. A special emphasis on trends, and relating those to the product to maximise brand visibility.
Core Responsibilities
Content Ownership
* Create, Own and Execute Content Calendar across Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn, with both original and trend based ideas
* Turn strategy, trends and brand products changes into high-quality content
* Ad-hoc responsibilities: Social media product launch strategies and UGC management.
Video & Production
* Film and edit content in house
* Comfortable behind camera and directing/coordinating
* Strong editing skills for short form social media videos, advertisements and trend based marketing
Travel requirements:
* Client Meetings
* Capture content in real world environment - 1/2 site visits per week
Brand & Positioning
* Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual standard
* Work closely with management to shape messaging and POV
Growth & Distribution
* Understand platforms and utilise them correctly to progress brand
* Optimise titles, hooks, thumbnails, formats and posting cadence
What we're looking for:
Must-Haves
* Experience in content creation, with strong videography and editing skills
* Comfortable with some travel to execute in house content creation
* Strong writing ability for socials and brand marketing development
* Self-starter who works autonomously
* Keen eye for detail
* Good marketing eye, produce ideas to develop marketing further both in-house and via socials

Work Location: Hybrid Remote, Minimal travel to shoot in house content creation and client meetings.
