Key Responsibilities:

 * Monitoring and responding to equipment breakdowns, with the goal of minimizing downtime.
 * Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production output and reduce waste.
 * Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
 * A background in manufacturing management, preferably within the food, FMCG, or high-volume production environment.
 * Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing large teams.
