Production Line Manager

The primary objective of the Production Line Manager role is to oversee daily operations across multiple production lines, ensuring efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a team of approximately 50 production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
* Monitoring and responding to equipment breakdowns, with the goal of minimizing downtime.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production output and reduce waste.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:
