The ideal candidate must hold a valid Door Supervisor PSA Licence. With many exciting events happening & a busy year ahead
we are looking to build a strong team of security operatives.As a Security supervisor you will be responsible for providing the required standard of service and hospitality to customers in an efficient and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:You will report to and take direction from the Bar Manager. Your main areas of responsibility will include, but are not confined to:Health & Safety monitoring.
Providing a professional standard of service to both employees and customers
Assist with monitoring of company property.
Look out for threats of any kind - Health & Safety or other potential hazards to the Business.
Adhere to and maintain Health & Safety Procedures.
Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and personal hygiene.
Any other duties relevant to your skills that may be assigned to you by the Business.
General Duties:You are expected to carry out your duties in a diligent and professional manner with a friendly outgoing attitude. It is important that you work together with all members of the team to ensure that we operate a high standard of professional service and provide an enjoyable environment for customers, employees alike.
Experience & Skills Required:Up-to-date PSA License (Door Supervisor Licence Only)
Excellent communication skills (Verbally, report writing and reading)
A minimum of 2 years-experience working in Hospitality.
