As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with bookings, enquiries, and providing detailed information about the resort. You will engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring an outstanding experience from the very first interaction. Overview of the Role: Working across a Monday to Sunday roster; flexibility is essential due to the nature of the business Midweek shifts: 9:00am5:00pm / 10:00am6:00pm / 12:00pm8:00pm Weekend shifts: 9:00am5:00pm Handling all reservations enquiries via telephone, online platforms, and third-party websites Maximising room revenue by achieving the best possible rates while meeting sales targets and budgets Managing guest queries efficiently and professionally Maintaining and updating the reservations system daily Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports Working closely with Senior Management and the Sales Team to maximise revenue through effective yield management The Ideal Candidate: Strong computer literacy with a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite Experience using Opera Cloud is an advantage Excellent communication and organisational skills Fluent in English Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service and/or the hotel industry Benefits: Full on-the-job training provided Complimentary Leisure Centre access Pension scheme after 6 months Wellness Programme Competitive salary Work Authorisation Please note that we are only accepting applications from candidates who have permission to live and work in Ireland without restriction.
