O&M Expert Technician - Timahoe (Kildare) or Lysaghtstown (Cork)

Our Operation & Maintenance department is looking for an O&M Expert Technician, at Timahoe (Kildare) OR Lysaghtstown (Cork), who will have the following responsibilities:
* Assist the O&M Area Coordinator in the coordination of a structure and adequate resources for the implementation and contract management of O&M of PV plants;
* Supervise the implementation of the maintenance plans and support the teams;
* Promote and supervise the implementation of the procedures and guidelines provided by the Company within his technical team;
* Comply, promote and supervise the correct implementation of good practices, legal, HSE requirements within his technical team;
* Perform regular on-site technical inspections within the technical team;
* Support the coordination, follow-up and report the services provided by O&M field team and subcontractors;
* Support the coordination between onsite teams and Remote Services (RO&ME);
* Participate, hands-on, on preventive maintenance or corrective activities for troubleshooting and diagnostic of failures, with O&M technicians;
REQUIREMENTS
* +5 years of experience in area of renewable energy (Solar, Wind, Hydroelectric energy or other);
* Maintenance management processes and systems.
* High Voltage Switching, HV AP/SAP and Power Electronics.
* Knowledge of Technical Design.
* Microsoft Office.
* Local language fluency and English (preferred).
* Availability to travel within the country for limited periods and on short notice;
