Your new role Step into a strategic leadership position as Financial Controller within a dynamic work environment.
Based in Belfast, you'll report directly to the Senior Financial Controller and play a pivotal role in shaping financial operations across international markets.
You'll lead a high-performing team, drive financial process improvements, and ensure robust compliance and reporting standards.

Key responsibilities include: Ensuring accurate and compliant financial records across multiple entities Leading budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles Driving the implementation of a global control framework Supporting statutory and tax compliance Collaborating with third-party payroll providers Coaching and developing graduate and trainee accountants Championing a culture of accountability, inclusion, and safety What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you'll need: ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) qualification A university degree and proven experience in financial leadership Strong analytical and decision-making skills Ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Familiarity with digital finance tools and regulatory frameworks What you'll get in return This is more than just a job-it's a career-defining opportunity.
