in Cork City.
As part of a vibrant, fast-paced operation, you'll deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and ensure our guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable experience.
You'll also take responsibility for the opening and closing of the bar, ensuring all procedures are completed safely and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
Prepare and serve drinks including draught beer, cocktails, wines, and spirits.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Operate tills, manage cash and card payments, and follow company cash-handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, stockroom, and glassware.
Replenish stock, rotate products, and monitor quality and presentation.
Follow all licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol requirements.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including float preparation, stock checks, cleaning, and security checks.
Support colleagues across other areas (floor, shop, or deli) during staff breaks or busy periods to ensure continuous service throughout the complex.
About You
Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred (training provided).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, well-presented, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsible and trustworthy, keyholder or closing experience an advantage.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Must have valid permission to work in Ireland.
