The Gravity Group is a niche construction company specialising in the removal of asbestos and large scale roof replacement projects. We are looking for a proactive administrative assistant to join our growing office team. Experience within the Construction sector and/ or Health and Safety is very advantageous but not essential.Job Requirements:Managing incoming enquiries.Performing clerical duties as required.Assisting with data entry into the company's management system.Organising induction programs for new employees and updating HR records.Booking transport, accommodation and training for employees.Assisting in the preparation and management of site paperwork.Assisting in the booking and management of site plant and equipment.Assisting in the management of the company's vehicle fleet.Assisting in the management of the company's quality management system.Performing additional duties when required.Essential skills required:Experience as an administrative assistant.Proficiency in MS Office.Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise work.Strong organisational skills.A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.Experience in the Construction sector and/or Health and Safety is very advantageous.Job Type: Full-timePay: €31,000.00-€36,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
