Job Title
As a professional recruiter, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional staffing solutions to clients across the hospitality sector. With your results-driven approach and ability to build strong relationships, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placement and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless candidate experiences and high-quality placements.
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hospitality clients, providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
* Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source top talent for various hospitality roles.
* Screen, interview, and assess candidate suitability for front-of-house, kitchen, management, and other positions within the industry.
* Offer expert advice to both clients and candidates on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and career opportunities.
* Meet and exceed agreed recruitment targets, KPIs, and revenue goals, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our recruitment database/CRM, ensuring efficient workflow and data analysis.
* Represent our organization at industry events, job fairs, and functions, fostering connections and building brand awareness.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or hospitality management (agency experience beneficial but not essential).
* In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry in Ireland, including current trends and challenges.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and results.
* Target-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and revenue goals.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job board platforms, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
