OverviewOur client is a growing multinational based in Dublin West. They are seeking a Finance Business Partner on a full time basis. The Financial Business Partner will support financial performance, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This role will deliver insights, ensure strong financial control, and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant with around 1 year PQE to gain commercial finance experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Provide financial analysis, forecasts, and modelling to support decision-making and business planning.Act as a trusted advisor to business units, translating financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.Maintain a robust financial control framework, including reconciliations, policies, and risk management processes.Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure strong liquidity and efficient resource allocation.Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, evaluating profitability, costs, and investment opportunities.Support finance transformation projects, including ERP system implementations and process improvements.Build strong cross-functional relationships, influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.RequirementsProfessional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).Circa 1+ years PQE in a financial reporting, management accounting, or business partnering role.Experience within financial services or a medium/large accounting function.Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA experience an advantage).PackageCompetitive base salary DOE.Excellent bonus structure.Pension.Healthcare/Dental.List of other benefits e.g. Death in Service/Professional Subs.Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office).How to applyFor more information or to apply please contact Simon Morris via simonmorris@morganmckinley.com or LinkedIn DM
