Key Responsibilities
This role involves leading projects in the Data Centre and Biopharma sectors, as well as specialist building services in various sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for client-facing work, project coordination, and technical expertise in mechanical and electrical installations.
* To ensure functional specifications are met, develop and specify applications of controls, instruments, and operating systems for all building engineering services purposes.
* Conduct surveys and tests on existing electrical/mechanical installations to identify potential issues.
* SPECIFY ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE THAT MANUFACTURING CONFIRMS TO CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS.
Essential Qualifications
* A degree in a relevant field with 7+ years experience in a consulting engineering office or in an engineering role within a manufacturing company with a heavy design emphasis.
* MIEE or equivalent qualification.
* Working towards Chartered Eng status.
