About the Role
As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the civil and environmental design team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting the growth of senior and junior staff members, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
A key aspect of this role is preparing technical reports and tender documents that meet the highest standards.
Additionally, you will plan and coordinate design activities with Project Directors to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project management.
You will also be responsible for ensuring all work adheres to internal quality assurance processes and relevant health and safety regulations.
Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively coordinate with team members across disciplines, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Last but not least, you will manage client relationships and maintain clear project communications, fostering trust and respect with our clients.
