Job Title: Production Operations Manager
Schedule and coordinate production to meet weekly targets.

* Monitor and control production in real-time, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:
* Third-level education or equivalent experience in heavy industry, mining, or production systems.
* Previous experience with production scheduling an advantage.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and computer skills.
* Flexible approach to work and strong interpersonal skills.
