Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time HR Advisor in Dublin 24. This is a hybrid opportunity after probation period is passed Salary €45,000 plus benefits Main duties: Offer guidance on handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee performance concerns. Contribute to resolving workplace disputes and facilitating mediation when needed. Make sure all employment practices align with current laws and internal procedures. Assist with hiring processes, including writing job adverts, reviewing applications, and participating in interviews. Organize the onboarding process and ensure smooth inductions for new employees. Oversee the completion of background checks and other pre-employment requirements. Help managers carry out performance evaluations and create development plans. Track probationary periods and advise on next steps based on performance. Recognize skill gaps and arrange appropriate training or learning opportunities. Support the creation and rollout of HR procedures and policy updates. Ensure all HR documentation is current and compliant with legal standards. Promote employee understanding and consistent application of HR policies. Track employee absences and analyze related trends, producing relevant reports. Facilitate return-to-work meetings and manage referrals to occupational health. Administer parental leave and other statutory leave entitlements. Keep employee files accurate and current at all times. Compile and present HR data and insights for leadership teams. Assist during internal or external audits and ensure data privacy regulations are upheld. Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting. Oversee company vehicle management, ensuring compliance with fleet policies. Main requirements: CIPD NFG Level 7 or equivalent experience. Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and knowledge on health & safety legislation. Proven experience in a generalist HR role. Excellent communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
